Payment Methods
Sirius7 Jewelry gives you the choice to use PayPal or Google Checkout for secure credit card purchases. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us at our bricks & mortar shop / studio, Sirius Mind & Body, locally 803-980-4301 or toll-free 877-980-4301, and I will process your transaction directly. Of course, you are always welcome to visit our shop and purchase items in person!
Shipping
We ship orders within 3 business days of purchase, but we’re usually much faster than that. Our primary shipping method for the United States is USPS Priority (with Tracking & Delivery Confirmation) at a flat rate of $8.00. Your package should arrive within 3 days from ship date. For other shipping options, please call us at our studio / shop Sirius Mind and Body (toll-free 877-980-4301), or email our sales department. Purchases being sent to mailing addresses in South Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax. International Orders are accepted if your purchase is processed using Google Checkout. An additional shipping fee will be assessed for these orders.

Returns & Exchanges
I know you’re going to love your Sirius7 Jewelry purchases - I create them to be loved! If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept exchanges or returns for credit. Sirius7 Jewelry is handcrafted using natural gemstones: as such, each piece is unique and will have slight variations in design and color. Because Sirius7 Jewelry items are hand made, we cannot accept returns for refunds. We do offer Merchandise Credit for future purchases. Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns for credit and exchanges are accepted for items in original, unworn, and resalable condition only. You must email Sirius7 Jewelry within 7 days of delivery with the reason you wish to return/exchange, and to receive a Return Authorization. Please pack your items carefully and ship via an insured, trackable method (UPS, USPS, FedEx) with delivery confirmation. Put Return Authorization number on outside of package. Merchandise Credit and Exchanges will not be given for items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Repairs
Please keep in mind that Sirius7 Jewelry is handcrafted, thus gemstones and designs will vary slightly with each creation. Sirius7 Jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects. Sirius7 Jewelry will repair an item at no cost if a repair is needed due to a fabrication error. All items damaged after receipt by the customer or through normal wear may be returned for repair or replacement with authorization. Cost of repair will be determined at the time of authorization. Please note that if the repair includes replacing broken or lost elements, the cost to replace the item will be added to the repair price. As Sirius7 Jewelry’s inventory changes often, some elements may not be available for repairs, in which case I will make every effort to find something similar.
